Let me share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering GlassesUSA. My frustration stems from what feels like a complete disregard for customers. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I felt compelled to leave a review and speak with customer service after I paid for "next day delivery" and was then told my order would take 3 business days, with no way to get a refund for the unfulfilled promise. The whole experience left me feeling scammed and utterly helpless.
Customer: Hello? I've been trying to reach someone for hours. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order, but then I received an email saying it will take three business days. This is unacceptable, and I want my next-day delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. It sounds like there was a significant discrepancy between what was promised and what you received. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the time you've spent trying to resolve this. Customer: Inconvenience? I paid for a service that wasn't provided, and then I was met with bots and an endless phone menu. Your site clearly stated "eligible for next day delivery," not "maybe sometime next week." I just want my money back for the shipping. CS Rep: I hear you, and you're absolutely right to be upset when a service you paid for isn't delivered as expected. Let me pull up your order for you. Could you please provide your order number?
