On June 25th, I received an email confirming that the frames had shipped. Yet, two frustrating days later, the tracking information still says a label was created but the carrier does not have the shipment. There’s no estimated delivery date in sight, making my "express" shipping feel like a complete rip-off. This is exactly why I reached out to customer service, hoping to get some answers.
