From Frustration to Fury: Trapped in an Automated Nightmare 😡
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was so frustrating that I felt completely helpless. I had a problem with my order, and when I tried to get it fixed, the whole process was a nightmare. My final conclusion? Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. This is what drove me to call them, and then to leave this review.
Customer: Hello, I need to file a complaint. I received my glasses and there's a problem, but your automated system is useless. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. Please tell me your order number and I will see what I can do to assist you. Customer: It's not just the order, it's the service. I feel like I'm being scammed. Is there a supervisor I can speak to? This is unacceptable. CS Rep: Sir, I am the one assigned to your case. I am not authorized to transfer you. As per our policy, you can return the item. Customer: You're not listening! I want the issue fixed. You're just ending the conversation when it gets difficult, aren't you? CS Rep: Sir, if there is nothing else I can help you with regarding the return policy, I will have to end this call. Thank you for calling.
