Buyer Beware: Trapped in an AI Chatbot Loop for a Product That Lasted 17 Days 😡
I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering this online retailer. My experience was beyond frustrating, culminating in a product that barely lasted two weeks and a customer service system designed to prevent you from ever speaking to a human being. After being stuck in an endless loop with an AI chatbot, I finally managed to get a live agent and needed to express my utter disappointment. My final conclusion about this company is this: "Not a good online eyeglass company, I should have read reviews before purchasing. There is no customer support, it's just an AI chatbot that you go in circles with that can only help you with placing an order or a return. You call the number provided which is supposedly a 'Customer Support Team' which is 100% automated with no way to speak with an actual human. The recording tells you they will send you a text… which just connects you back with the AI chatbot again. There's a 14 day warranty on the glasses, so they conveniently broke within 17 days. Literally lasted less than a month, such horrible quality. There's also no way to send them in for repair after the 14 days, they suggest you just 'purchase another pair'. Even all their responses to the Google Reviews are automated basic responses that don't even relate to what the reviewer mentioned. Skip this online retailer and shop elsewhere."
