I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. After two decent orders in the past, my third was a complete disaster that made me feel totally ripped off and ignored. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery," but hours after my purchase, I got an email saying my order would take three days just to process. That blatant false advertising is what forced me to fight through their endless automated phone menus just to speak to a real person.
Customer: I finally got a human. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my confirmation email says it will take three days to process. I want my shipping fee refunded now.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize for the confusion. The "next day delivery" applies after the standard production time for the lenses.
Customer: That's completely misleading. The site said "eligible for next day delivery," not "next day delivery after we feel like making them." I paid for a service you are not providing. Refund the fee.
